Pool towels will be available at the Info Center next to the Main Pool from 09:00h to 18:00h for collection, exchange, and return.
In order to preserve nature, as fresh water is a very limited resource in Lanzarote, towels will only be exchanged upon return of the previous one.
We remind you that the Hotel is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings, including pool towels. Should this trend continue, the Hotel reserves the right to take action.
