The Privilege reception will be at your disposal from 08:00h till 24:00h, where we can assist you in everything you might need during your stay. You can also contact us by phone through the 1505.

The benefits included in the Privilege service are as follows:

• 10% discount on wellness treatments of at least 1 hour and all beauty products. You can make your reservation via the telephone extension on 1552 or directly at our Despacio Center.
• Superior rooms located on privileged areas.
• Coffee machine with 100% compostable capsules and a selection of teas, replenished daily.
• Privilege pool towels in the room, with free change.
• Bathrobes, slippers and V.I.P. amenities
• Daily coverage service.
• Pillow Top and Pillow menu.
• Free Late Checkout, subject to availability.
• If you are on All Inclusive basis, you will have the minibar included with one replacement each 2 days.
• Access to the Privilege pool. Exclusive for Privilege guests. It has a food truck with a wide variety of drinks and snacks (Included at the All Inclusive Privilege service)

In addition to this benefits you will also have access to the Privilege Lounge from 11.00h to 23.00h. An exclusive room which has a terrace with extraordinary views to Lobos and Fuerteventura islands, perfect to create unique moments. You will have access to a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, free internet connection, computers and television.

• Bed and Breakfast (BB): Breakfast is included in your restaurant and in the main buffet restaurant. 

• Half Board (HB): You can use your restaurant for breakfast and dinner. You will have the option of exchanging dinner service for lunch.

  This information, and the possibility of a direct booking, you will find in our Web App. Drinks are not included at half board service.

• All Inclusive (AI): You can use your restaurant for breakfast , lunch and dinner; in addition to our bars during opening hours.

• PIANO BAR. Floor 6 – Hall. Opening hours: 09:00 - 00:00 . Live music according to season (Shows at the Animation section).    

•  POOL SIDE BAR . Main pool. Hours from 10:30 to 18:00.

You can enjoy our Wi-Fi connection through the H10HOTELS network.

Once connected, you must open your browser, charge a site and it should be redirecting you to the Login page. Then it’s needed to select the GUEST option and then fill in the form with the following information:

• Last name (in capital letters)     
• Name (in capital letters)      

And click on the connect button.

If the website to fill in your personal information doesn’t load, write the following adress in your internet browser: "172.30.0.1". If it still doesn't work, please request a personal Wi-Fi code at the reception and use the “Tickets” access.

• Press the inside button until you hear a signal.
• To put your code into the memory, punch in your chosen number which must consist of a minimum of 4 digits and a max. of 8 digits and then press button A
• Repeat the code number and then press button B.
• A green light will shine and you should be able to turn the handle clockwise

To open the safe:

• Punch in your chosen number and then press button B
• Turn the handle clockwise and open the door.

The management cannot be held responsible for valuables that are not kept in the safe.
