Upon arrival we will deliver your "Hotel Passport" that contains the details of your reservation and accredits you as a guest. We request that you always carry it with you.

It is required to activate a CREDIT LINE as a guarantee for the payment of your extras.     

Any request or need can be transmitted by phone to Reception (ext. 100).  For questions about the Web App and its operation, please consult the Customer Service department through extension 1508.

If you want information about our extra services; such as Privilege Service, upgrades in the conditions of your reservation, type of room, pension, etc., do not hesitate to consult our promotions at Reception.

Your opinion is very important to us. Please take a few minutes to help us improve and tell us if you are satisfied with our services. You can fill out the Satisfaction Questionnaire that you will find in the section of our WebApp.
